With over 20 years of experience in healthcare market research and consulting, Paul founded Innomed Research to transform what it means to be excellent in the healthcare market research collection field. Paul leads from a place of belief that every single project demands careful handling, total dedication, and an unwavering drive for quality. His in-depth knowledge and strongly collaborative approach ensure that clients are provided not just with raw data, but with actionable insights that can shape consequential decisions.
Paul held a medical qualification and practiced as a cardiologist prior to entering the healthcare market research domain. His professional journey featured a stint in product management at a multinational pharmaceutical company, along with steadily ascending to more senior positions within renowned global market research and consulting firms such as Ipsos, AC Nielsen, and IQVIA.

Wang Shi
Partner & Research Director
Wang Shi has more than 11 years healthcare market research experience, including 3 years in MicroPort, where he was Business Development Manager.
During work in MicroPort, he is responsible for product evaluation, which involves orthopedics, aorta and peripheral blood vessels, in vivo imaging and IVD, dentistry, assisted reproduction, etc.
He is in charge of the whole project process, including client communication, questionnaire design, qualitative interview execution, data processing, model establishing and final reporting. The projects he participated in include IVD, neurosurgery, orthopedics, infusion system, etc.
He is good at market size assessment, product positioning, business development, benchmarking, forecasting and so on.
Wang Shi graduated from Fudan University, with master degree in biochemistry.
